A Brief Introduction
Our product: Ear 2.0
Ear2.0 is a next-generation hearing enhancer that is basically an 'ear computer'. The main difference between ear2.0 from usual earbuds and hearing aids is that it is possible to install various filters and effects on your device.
These filters and effects are just like the apps on your phone. They can be downloaded from an app store and installed on your device (or in other words on your ears). An app may be about anything that you need from your ears. For example, an app may increase speech focus automatically when you're in a bar or someplace else with a loud environment. Another app may track the location of a voice (like a footstep) and tell you where it is. There may be an app that provides noise cancellation depending on your location (which would be retrieved from your phone). Another idea is to develop an app that does simultaneous translation using google-translator.
Thanks to the developer API, all these apps can be developed by anyone who knows basic programming. The device can connect and communicate with your mobile phone so the apps may use your phone's features like location, microphone, etc. The variety of the apps solemnly depends on the developers' imagination.
